Jason is a graduate of the University of New South Wales obtaining BCom with Merit and LLB. Jason was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and he is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, one of only a few Korean-speaking professionals in Australia with both accounting and legal qualifications in public practice. Jason is able to provide the comprehensive commercial, taxation advice relevant to business decision-making. Since joining Byrons in 1996 Jason has served many successful businesses in Australia including large multinationals, businesses in other States and many leading SMEs in diversified industries Jason is multi-lingual, speaking English, Korean and Japanese.

Jason brings with him extensive experience, working with agribusiness, manufacturing, mining, importers and wholesalers, exporters, building and construction, hospitality, retail and professionals. Jason has been involved in a number of major projects for high net wealth clients in property and construction, corporate, retail, franchise and international trade environments for Asian multinationals. Jason's recent specialist works include some of Australia’s largest anti-dumping investigations and Jason was retained by major commercial law firms for representing Korean, Japanese & Chinese manufacturers and importers.

Jason enjoys working closely with the family oriented SME businesses, which requires not only the understandings of their businesses but also other issues such as the succession planning and asset protection of the family unit.
